Life In Balance – Reach and Achieve

Libra is an on-line, personal development system that will enable you to assess your current lifestyle and set goals for the future. Libra enables you to identify your barriers to success and plan to overcome them in a realistic and achievable way.

You will be guided through a series of questions about key issues in your life including: Health and Well Being, Career, Relationships and Family Values, Finance and Home, Skills and Qualifications.

Your answers to the questions will form the basis of an overall lifestyle assessment, then by identifying your barriers to success - and action planning to overcome them, you will begin to make positive progress towards reaching and achieving your goals.

In order to use LIBRA you need to be part of a registered guidance programme.

LIBRA is currently available in the London Borough of Harrow, UK. Further regions to follow soon.

We are currently in negotiations in many parts of the UK in establishing LIBRA as a tool for employability, personal and career development through various guidance programmes.

Please contact Arushka at Harrow College on 0208 909 6000 or email: asakadavan@harrow.ac.uk  - or Paula or Mike at Manchester Metropolitan University on 0161 247 3951 or email: cfetools@mmu.ac.uk - to discuss how you might gain access to LIBRA.
